How to Share Projects

Share your projects with collaborators and clients

Updated over 2 years ago

Sharing Projects

Projects were built to be collaborative. There are two different ways you can share your projects with your team or clients:

  • Inviting them to join the project.

  • Sending them a share link.

Inviting Collaborators

Inviting collaborators to join your project will allow them to have access to your project and be able to:

  • Add Tracks

  • Remove Tracks

  • Vote on Tracks They Like and Dislike

  • Add, Remove, & Rename Scenes

Sending Share Link

In some cases you do not want to invite someone to collaborate on the project but you want to just send them a potential list of tracks to chose from. You can do this by generating a share link in your project.

Full Previews

Sending the share link will allow your clients or teammates to listen to the full preview of the songs without needing to be logged in or create an account.

Generating Share Link

You can generate the link by clicking on your project and clicking on the share link icon (box with arrow pointing top right). Toggle on the "enable share link" radio button and copy the URL from the box.

Password Protected

You can add a password to the share link if you would like by enabling password and typing one in. Only people with the link and password will be able to see the project.

Turning Share Link Off

At anytime you can turn off the share link by going back into your project, clicking the share link icon, and toggling off the Enable Share Link radio button. The link will expire and no one will have access to the shared page.

The link will also automatically be turned off once you mark a project complete.
